Company culture

The supervisors expectation is unacceptable when the necessary training is not offered as it was when the initial interview was conducted

Support from Management

The management was never around to help when difficult situations came about, example: nursing staff not available

Work-Life Balance

Vacation requests were accepted few and far between due to the lack of staff and high turnover. Staff was discouraged to engage in family activities to maintain a work life balance

Support from Management

I FELT MY SUPERIORS SET UNREALISTIC GOALS & EXPECTED THEM TO BE FULLFILLED. IF THEY WERE MORE ON THE FLOOR WITH THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES, THEY WOULD KNOW WHAT WORKS AND WHAT DOESN'T

Office/Work Environment

BE AWARE OF FLYING CREATURES THAT CAN'T BE EXTINCT

Suggestions for improvement

  • LISTEN TO THE EMPLOYEES. THEY ARE THE 'LOWLY WORKERS' THAT MAKES THE FACILITY RUN. IT DOES NO USE TO ENFORCE THE RULES WHEN YOU ARE NOT THE ONES THAT ARE DOING THEM. MAKE SURE THE RULES ARE NOT SUBJECT TO INTERPRETATION AND OH, LISTEN TO THE EMPLOYEES, LISTEN TO THE EMPLOYEES, AND LISTEN TO THE EMPLOYEES.
