In this aspect this organization is completely and utterly lacking. There is no formal, structured or mandatory training for new hires which in my opinion lends itself to the frustration of employees and high turnover. Ultimately There is no PoolCorp way of doing things.
Additionally, there is a certain atmosphere in which each branch seems to operate within it's own set of rules with constant bickering between some stores.
