Very poor management. I got a promotion and the head manager said he would help with documentation and other tools to help train in my new position. Well that never happened
They have no formal training. Your literally thrown to the wolves and have to figure everything out for yourself. Terrible management.
If you worked on the warehouse, you were basically safe. The 6 years I was there, the trucks/vans were in deplorable conditions. Doors held closed by bungee cords. Lost my brakes twice and equipment constantly breaking down on the road.
