Support from Management
Field employees have little to no support.
Big boy rules. The guys generally help each other out.
Information is slow to reach employees and is generally reactive, not proactive
Suggestions for improvement
- Information needs to flow both ways. Office staff should go out and shadow field employees so they know what we do.

Pay is fair for the work
I dislike about the employer
There is a huge disconnect between field employees and 'directors' who are running the company.
