Too many chiefs, not enough Indians
Support from management
Upper management is only concerned with making their bonuses
The non sales staff were helpful
Freedom to work independently
This was the best part of the job
The rules changed often and those in the field were often the very last to know but felt the impact the most
Very little support
I had to make many excuses to theater managers as to why things were or were not happening
Upper management will throw you under the bus in order to save their job/bonuses
Suggestions for improvement
- Take a trip out of the Ivory Tower and see what it is like to work in the day to day life of the technicians.
What I like about the company
My direct manager was available and willing to work with me. Ability to make my own schedules and travel arrangements.
What I dislike about the company
Too many people in positions of power have no clue how their decisions affect those who are in the field trying to make the company look good
