Suggestions for improvement
- It does no good to make good suggestions as the CEO only pretends to listen and then usually does something destructive or does nothing.
I like about the employer
I liked some of the people I worked with. I liked and cared about the customers.
I dislike about the employer
There is a prevailing sense of insecurity and doubt based on Executive attitudes and actions/inactions. There is a sense of secrecy and lack of trust between management and workers. No sense of honor in leadership. Management consistently demonstrates a lack of care about people and customers, taking as much money as possible, while delivering mediocre or poor service.
