- Record all telephone calls with potential ticket buyers and existing ticket holders; stop the farce of hiring and laying off three times a year; get 21st century equipment; get a new work location instead of the armpit worksite with no ventilation; pay bonuses and benefits to all employees after 90 days; develop honest communication with past, present and future customers and employees; quit changing campaign managers and assistant managers every few months (over 20 different managers and assistant managers over a 2 year period); sell to someone who can do more than just under bid other companies by constantly shuffling campaigns, employees, including management.
