Low motivation from the top down.
Support from Management
No open communication, sets unrealistic goals for store volume, a lot of favoritism.
The employees did have a sense of teamwork

A lot of micromanaging. No trust in employees.
Often lied to about current sales numbers
Often talked down to and kept out of sales positions.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They do love the older members of staff. Borderline favoritism due to the history of the company.
