Suggestions for improvement
- Get away from "shop your way" rewards as pushed by the CEO who is profiting by selling the company piece by piece. Update store and equipment and pay employees a living wage.
I like about the employer
Customer contact and relationships, decent products to sell.
I dislike about the employer
7day workweek. extremely low pay, unaffordable benefits, TOO much corporate interference at local site, due to low pay lack of staff , etc.
