- Not much you can do when you are rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. With what is left of the organization, leadership needs to listen more and be more transparent in their communication.
I like about the employer
Autonomy was fair; the employees that worked in my group were dedicated, hard working problem solvers with great attitudes.
I dislike about the employer
Sears is faltering as a retail organization. The effects were felt throughout the organization resulting in a lack of resources to drive the business forward. Leadership was do as I say, not as I do.
