Very little leadership at this company. The place is run by staff, not directors.
Suggestions for improvement
- Provide stronger leadership and bosses who are actually present in the hospital and not those who dictate from afar. Listen to employees and validate their concerns rather than ignore them. Improve upon environmental conditions for employees and patients.
What I like about the company
I like some of the relationships I fostered with a few employees. Not everyone was welcoming, though. Most employees had an "every man for himself" attitude.
