Suggestions for improvement
- improved interdepartmental communication, better compensation/benefits packages. Improved marketing strategy and community outreach/involvement. Social awareness. Better PR campaign strategy.
What I like about the company
Casual approach to management, employees treated fairly, all employees are devoted to delivering optimum patient care and outcomes. Great location.
What I dislike about the company
Poor communication throughout the departments, lack of HR manager/department. Inefficient use of company resources/talent. Few opportunities for staff development/growth.
