Broad dissatisfaction throughout company. High turnover. Frequent layoffs.
Support from Management
First and sometimes second level support is great. Little support at mid- and upper-management levels.
Solid team spirit among employees.
Level of Autonomy
Strictly rule driven. "The tail wagging the dog." Innovation, independence and creativity discouraged.
Fair at lower levels. Minimal at top. Found out about 3 different layoffs 1) same day verbally 2) showing up and being told there was no work and 3) by phone on day off. Not advised of system changes, company takeover, rules and procedure changes in a timely manner.
