The supervisor will hand out a coin that can be used for a free basic car wash, on site employee cafeteria, the zoo or other things. I got three in six months that I worked there. I helped another worker after I got my rounds done just to be told by my supervisor later on to help that person out when I get my rounds done. I took this as a slap in the face. I was helping that person out to be nice and thought that he would like my help. He never thanked me and my supervisor never even gave me a coin once out of all the times I helped him in sometimes triple digit summer time temperatures in direct sun light.
Support from management
Leadership is lacking a back bone. Weak supervision opens the door for the workers to walk all over the supervisor. This happened over there.
The management did not appreciate what the workers did. When this happens it also affects workers on other workers. The workers do not appreciate other workers helping each other.
Freedom to work independently
Favoritism is alive at this company. If the supervisor likes you he will give that person less work.
No formal or class room training at all. It is all OJT. I am glad that the workers are not afraid to train new people. Management does not care at all about the employees in this area. Big problem here with this company.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They do not take age in consideration.
No room for promotion. The pay is terrible here. Way too low.
Overall compensation for your work
Way too low of pay. The company and management are nickel and dimeing everything here. Benefits are offered and correct salaries are paid. No overtime, cash rewards, bonus or pay increases. No retirement pension or plan.
Office / Work Environment
No break rooms at all for the employees. The company needs to treat the employees better and give them a break room with a TV and vending machines with lower prices.
Good in this area. The employee gets four all year round passports to the park. Great if you have a family with young children.
No overtime at all. Need to give two weeks notice if you want to take vacation time. Sick time is given but frond upon my the manager. They have you sign a form saying that you put the other workers at a disadvantage. I am sure it is a way to intimidate the worker into not taking sick time. Ummm I wonder if the HR office even knows about this form?
The employees talk poorly of the company. Too low of pay, no pay increases,no overtime and very tight with there money.
I asked to be directed to a pay increase and my supervisor talked about a lay off. I did not feel like the job was stable at that moment.
No work place is accident-free. Yes they did provide some safety training. The golf carts need many safety items put on them. The company is too cheap to make them safer and do not care.
I do feel proud of the work I finish at the end of my shift. I do not do better because I know that the management does not care or appreciate it.

They do not ask for my option and do not care . Why should I care about theirs?
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay the workers more money. Do not be so tight with the company money. Care about the workers. Appreciate what the workers do.

The free park passes.

The low pay and very cheap company.
