This company provided a professional atmospher with appropriate care and compassion and consideration of the needs of an artist new to the industry.
Support from management
This independent industry provided exceptional support, offered broad insight, and constructive feedback, while leaving room for artistic prerogative.
This industry invested time and conversation in working on the project as a team.
Freedom to work independently
This company was fair in the work load distribution.
This company does not have full time employees nor the resource of time to communicate as extensively as they themselves might have liked to. Some things were confusing because of breakdown in communication. My recommendation is to stay focused on essentials so as to not bury them in proliferation.
I did not notice any attitudes of condescension.
Attitude towards older colleagues
This industry carried an attitude of respect and care toward senior associates.
This was one area that this industry particularly shined. It seemed to have as its goal the furtherance and advancement of its client with seemingly little concern for its own advancement.
Overall compensation for your work
Artists rarely see any return for their industry early on in their careers. This industry professes to seek early financial returns for its artists, something not easy to attain without sacrificing their own proceeds early on to make that possible for the artist. Their actions speak louder than there words in this regard. They kept their own expenses at a mimimum and invested from their own resources in the production expenses. They assured that proper royalties were paid to the writers. It is my prayer that God himself will cause these seeds to produce abundantly for them in return.
Office / Work Environment
Forums provided for work were orderly, organized, user friendly and easily accessible.
This industry is very conscious of social matters and was able to warn of potential political risks regarding choice of songs and lyrics.
When working with this industry it was always expected a healthy home and community life was to be maintained.
The company is too young to tell yet.
Does not really apply.
Effective tools are supplied and equipment was recommended within the artist budget.
The legal rights and safety of the artists and writers and even of their families was guarded tenaciously through the project.
I felt very challenged. This industry was careful to instill and foster in me a developmental approach so that I would not succumb to s sense of failure, but rather come through my first major production experience with a sense of growth, and development on a path to accomplishment.
Inclusive / Diverse
This industry was exceptionally understanding regarding scruples and areas of conscience, able to interact effectively and even respectfully challenge in areas of concern.
