No coordination between management and employees. No support of employees positions in conflicts with clients. Blame is always placed on employees in all client disputes.
People are helpful and always answer all the question to the best of their ability.
Freedom to work independently
Work is distributed on the first come, first served bases. But if you are stuck on a large project owner will not care and demand that you do more projects.
