Culture is a forefront to the company and specifically the department I am in - so much that, on the training days, a large emphasis is on culture.
Support from Management
Management can be a bit indecisive with goals and priorities. However, work is not 'hand-waved' and transparent. Rarely do I feel that management is withholding information.
Inter department teamwork is very important and easy. Interdepartmental work is harder to complete due to a competing nature.
