Suggestions for improvement
- Reevaluate work life balance with each area. Be more involved in the way supervisors are running their department and ensure they are treating employees fair. Provide a fitness facility and two additional breaks during the day so that people can get away from their desks without worrying their supervisor will go searching for them if they take a bathroom break.
