Suggestions for improvement
- You should expand the current area, making new contracts to support more employees. Also, cross training between sites would be a great boon during bad weather and times of sickness.
- The security officers need to feel more like the company is there for them, not just for the client.
I like about the employer
Diversity in job locations, though the area I worked in was extremely limited.
I dislike about the employer
The pay scale was not much higher than minimum wage. Positions were limited in our area; women were scarce, and seldom, if ever, promoted to supervisory positions. There was a definite lack of ability to ascend a ladder to success. After four years of service, I will still making almost the same almost as I was when I first started, only receiving 24 hours a week.
