No support from leadership
The officers try to work with each other but leadership refuses to allow it especially if they don't like you.
Refuse to keep employees in the loop of pending changes.
No training to defend one self or others, fire arm training and almost all the officers couldn't shoot.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire personnel with security experience from military or police. They must have at least 10 years of experience in leadership rolls.

What I dislike about the company
Lack of communication from the top down, poor leadership and lack of it. Lack of team work.
