- Have semiannual interviews for senior level managers to enhance or identify problems with existing managers. You cannot thrive when management are rooted in and immune to taking any responsibility in sub-par regional performance issues. Pay workers more than minimum wage. You cannot expect workers with this type of pay and lack of benefits to be available on a moments notice 24 hours a day.
