They are on the low side of the scale in their industry and claim they can do this because they are in Utah.
Office / Work Environment
Working conditions are great
They say family is important, but many of us are under-paid and over-worked making it hard on family life.
They do make you feel secure in your job and will often try to reposition someone if things change.
I've seen the company try to really accommodate those with disabilities.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diversity isn't great. Many employees come from the ward or stake of the President of the company creating an odd culture if you are not in that circle.

- Leadership with vision that can more quickly react to changes in the market or industry.

There are good people to work with.
What I dislike about the company
Low pay and long hours. Seem to be satisfied with being pretty good and not trying to continuity do better or being great. Slow to capitalize on opportunities in the industry.
