Suggestions for improvement
- Make compensation more competitive and allow sick days
Management really has no idea what it is like to work from home. All communication and interaction is as if I am on site.
There is very little teamwork involved in the position. There is interaction with other departments.
Plenty of resources and training provide an associate with the knowledge base necessary for independent work.
Monthly meeting and daily emails provide adequate information to do the job.
