Suggestions for improvement
- hire people qualified for the job, not just your drinking buddies.
I like about the employer
the PTO offered is extremely generous, and there are very good people that work there.
I dislike about the employer
No job advancement opportunity, regardless of what they say...Nepotism, Cronyism runs rampant. I applied for 50 jobs in six years...I wasn't even given the courtesy of a reply to over a dozen of them (even after I had an interview with the hiring manager). A couple of dozen times, while I may not have been the most qualified candidate for the job, I was FAR more qualified than the person who got the job. Finally, after a situation of outright discrimination, I had enough.
