Support from Management
Supervisors always had goals for us. But they didn't have ways to get there
People on the same level were helpful & supportive if you fell behind & they were ahead.
Suggestions for improvement
- Promote from within. Supervisors should have had to be in the position of the people they are supervising before they can tell them what needs to be done. If you weren't there, you don't know what the job entails.
