Support from Management
The overall management and supervisory staff lack basic skills required to be effective leaders.
They expect you to work ahead if you are going on PTO as the supervisor are required to work the outstanding diaries which depending on the supervisor may or may not be done.
What I like about the company
The company is a dominant player in the self-insured TPA industry.
What I dislike about the company
The systems are constantly down. The company stresses work life balance but does not give you the tools necessary or a realistic caseload to attain a work life balance. The passing score on an audit is 97% which if one question is missed drops the score below 97%. Therefore, the only way to pass an audit is to have a perfect score. an audit score of 85% was passing not more than 2 years ago.
