Support from Management
Those in positions above you don't value your opinion. Even if you've been at your position longer than the superiors, they still discredit your opinion as if you don't know what you're talking about. Management is too focus on minute, unimportant things instead of focusing on what could make us more efficient and more valuable. Morale is at an all times and a majority of the employees are looking to jump ship.
Overall Compensation for your work
Your work does not reflect your compensation at all. Yes, you are paid on time but that's where the positives begin and end. The salary is horrible and the raises are few and far between. You can earn more with the city or with a private office as opposed to working here.
