Do set realistic deadlines
There quarterly meeting about company results. Poor communication in changes in projects.
Very little opportunity for promotions or moving to other teams.
Work a lot nights and weekends. Have been text when on vacation
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire more application developers and less managers. Have less offshore and more on onsite contracted workers, so we can communicate in real time. Renew contracts with contractors, rather then end them and get new contractors who need to ramp up.
