Suggestions for improvement
- I think they can improve the middle management. I saw many things can be done more efficiently to improve tracking and streamlining the recruiting process. Upper management team was awesome but their middle management was very weak and not very helpful to employees.
I like about the employer
It was a very relaxing environment with very friendly upper management team.
I dislike about the employer
The company is still small and there weren't many opportunity for growth. Therefore created many drama within the team and upper management didn't know much about it. But the company is still growing fast so I'm sure things might have changed.
