Suggestions for improvement
- Company needs to improve safety culture, regulatory adherence, teamwork, and new leadership as the culture is toxic
What I like about the company
Pay, stock options and flex days.
What I dislike about the company
5 leaders make the rules as they go and are flying by the seat of their pants. The culture is reactive not proactive and unwilling to change. Leadership is not confident so they hire frontline workers with little experience so they run to leadership for answers. Culture is toxic.
