Inclusive/Diverse

Not very diverse as to its location. It was owned by an Indian tribe, yet they didn't feel the need to diversify.

Suggestions for improvement

  • New owners that fully understand the hospitality industry.

What I like about the company

I liked my other managers and the the resort. We worked as a team and tried hard.

What I dislike about the company

There was no assistance from ownership. Granted the economy was tough, but they left the employees holding the bag.
