Support from Management
Brought to much of their personal life into work. Based rules and repercussions on mood.
For the most part, other employees would help finish the work, mostly only if advised to do so.
Level of Autonomy
It was either, you did to much work or not enough. Based productivity on what agents sold.
Suggestions for improvement
- Apply all rules and incentives towards each and every employee. Have a set schedule for either part time or full time.
