Suggestions for improvement
- I feel like managers should not be rewarded for cutting employees insensitives. In my department if my manager cuts our budget for cups,plates,utensils and even our bonuses he gets a bigger bonus. We the employees are doing all the work while he statedly cuts the things that we need so that his bonus is bigger that is a recipe for corruption.
What I like about the company
I make more money than I have in the past,I feel like I make a difference in peoples lives.
I have a sense of purpose,I know that my job directly impacts someone's health and wellbeing in a very positive way everyday.
