Company lacks a sound or consistent growth strategy or plan. Staff is ill equipped or prepared to manage unreasonable workloads. President lacks capability to effectively train, guide or provide useful feedback to support a disillusioned, young staff. Attrition and low retention rates are rampant and discouraging. Company lacks long term vision.
Suggestions for improvement
- New leadership is a must. Better training is needed, and more competent staff should be hired.
What I like about the company
Young and energetic staff. Opportunity to interface with clients, which is limited to senior personnel.
What I dislike about the company
Staff is underpaid, consistently misguided by management. Workload is not equitably distributed. This office place is not a meritocracy and favoritism and unethical practices are consistent employed. Performance review practices are not applied fairly. Little room for growth and lack of substantive work.
