Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to your employees. Word gets out - and without the employees the company doesn't run. Build a culture where employees feel loyalty to the company, make it so they "want" to do better - not just a paycheck, a resume builder, a means to something better in the future.
What I dislike about the company
No support from upper management. Always threatening job security. No relationships - very cut throat/ "what can you do for me now" environment. Employee suggestions not taken seriously. Main goal is net profit - which I get from a business standpoint but there's a right way and a wrong way. Lots of turnaround with upper management as well.
