Suggestions for improvement
- Don't hold grudges, hire back employees that were laid off. My position has been filled by an individual that performed below my level of completion.
One star says enough.
My comments and input were generally listened to locally. Corporate generally ignored any local input.
Local team worked well together. Corporate personnel were only concerned about revenue.
Work was pushed to the lowest level.
Little information was provided about the future of contacts.
Pay was good because it was passed on to the customer.
