Support from Management
Lack of leadership. Management plays favoritism. Very unprofessional.
Families are not taken into consideration unless you are in the "in-crowd" then management allows their favorites to take leave otherwise, the work-bees are given guilt when asked for time off.
Suggestions for improvement
- New management and core values.
What I like about the company
Nothing. The subcontracts department lacks leadership.
