Suggestions for improvement
- Make employees feel welcomed. Don't give attitude over every little inconvenience. Give paid trainings. Give better incentive to working there.
What I dislike about the company
Pay is terrible. Anytime you get a tip, you have to give it to the manager because that's a big chunk of your pay. They ultimately only pay their employees maybe $3 a shift while the rest is from tip and gratuity.
The owners are terrible people to work for. Both very two faced and they don't care about their employees. If you're having any type of personal problem or emergency and you tell them you can't work, they'll make you miserable. Hey things happen but there's no need to make the person feel terrible about it.
They expect so much out of everyone but aren't willing to give back like buying new, not disgusting towels that don't have stains. Working here was terrible and they need to check their attitude if they want a better business.
