Support from management
The Manager is very smart and would be an excellent manager under the leadership of another Director.
Work-Life Balance in other Departments and teams is better.
Suggestions for improvement
- HR should contact each former employee of that team regarding their experience. There is a reason for all the turnover and if they don't get a handle on it, the company may find themselves in a lawsuit for hostile work environment, sexual assault, etc. This department should be dismantled and moved back to the main office, so the mess is not so easily kept under the rug.
