- Compensate well, hold employees accountable when caught stealing from other employees (no protection for accounts you've won).
I like about the employer
They offer a needed service. They do funerals well.
I dislike about the employer
They compensate poorly, put too much on their commission only sales reps (collections, enrollment, unpaid "public service" informational handouts.).
