Suggestions for improvement
- ServiceLink needs to reevaluate their recruiting and hiring practices in order to find candidates with the appropriate skill sets for the position. Hiring from the wrong skill sets and setting unrealistic goals leads to extremely high turn-over.
I like about the employer
The Westminster campus is very nice and offers some nice amenities. There are opportunities for advancement for hardworking, dedicated employees.
