Suggestions for improvement

  • Management needs to be seen not as a dictator but a helper in making sure that their employees successful.

What I like about the company

Fair pay with decent benefits. Some possibilities for advancements. If you do a good job, you will get rewarded most of the time.

What I dislike about the company

The past managers I’ve had for the most part have been nice, however the new boss that I report to is difficult to work with and doesn’t listen well and is hard to have a conversation with.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Better pay on call rotation promotions given to those who have been there the longest and know all aspects of the work
