Suggestions for improvement
- They need more positive reinforcement from the top. Maybe invest in their employees a little more to keep higher level talent. HR is overly religious and disregards that others may not be, making it uncomfortable.
What I like about the company
They are very supportive of family life. Genuinely care about you and your family’s well being on a personal level.
What I dislike about the company
Non competitive benefits package, no retirement, max out vacation is three weeks after 5 years. Little opportunity for bonus or female advancement. Men earn the most.
