Suggestions for improvement
- Less micro managing, allowing managers to do the job they're capable of doing(after all isn't that why they were hired) to allow feedback without any backlash. Having incentives for hard work and dedication, being appreciative of all employees and not only saying it but showing it.
What I like about the company
I'm offered health insurance at no expense, I'm 20 minutes from home and have good hours
What I dislike about the company
Pay scale for different departments, having your roles and responsibilities bleed too much into other roles
