Suggestions for improvement
- Hire on all then non-call center employees full time.
Lots of layoffs since L. Peeler took over
Most teams work well
Very poor communication from the top down
If you are a an, it's great
Most long time employees have been laid off
Lots of talk about it but none given.
Overtime is expected
