Suggestions for improvement
- Do more to promote/advance minorities. Stop being stingy with the profit-sharing bonuses when Seton has earned millions. Seton is too top heavy...too many VPs and not enough workers to actually do the work. When a department has high turnover, management needs to find out why, especially when all of the minorities leave one department within a short time frame.
