Trying to change culture, but still very low employee moral. Lack of trust in leadership.
Support from management
I'm not sure leadership understands the work flow of each department.
Some department teamwork is stronger than other department. I think teamwork is hurt by the uncertainty of the hospital.
Women and new employees are not treated the same at Seton as employees that have been there for years. Certain ethnic groups are also given special treatment.
