The culture portrayed by upper management was different than what was practiced in the field.
Support from management
Leadership in the local market was non existent.
Some colleagues were honest and trustworthy. Others were out for themselves with no other goals in mind.
Freedom to work independently
That is the goal but not the reality.
We received necessary information weekly from corporate meetings. But the message was different from the local management. Both were on different pages.

I believe older workers are appreciated by upper management, but not at the local level.
I will say management has changed recently. I hope the approach changes to encourage personal development.
Overall compensation for your work
Compensation was ok, but it I choose to accept it. And it was my goal to do the best I could.

None at the local level. Not sure what corporate does.
Company officials expressed no interest in family maters whatsoever. Was actually disappointed in the company's lack of caring.
After observing the way people were interacted with locally, I must say I was embarrassed to represent the company.
No stability what so ever. You were always at threatened with termination.

I was proud of what I produced and challenged from time to time. But not proud of the people I represented locally.

Ideas and opinions were not even considered locally. It was a do as I say approach.
