When conflict arises the solution is going to be biased based upon social status and which ever party involved has the highest social ranking will be the one receiving favoritism during the resolution process
Suggestions for improvement
- The treatment of an employee and the opportunities for advancement should not be based upon social status but upon work performance and actual statistics which show exactly what each employee is contributing to the successful operation of the office. An employee's success should not be seen as a threat or something negative. Stop penalizing employee's for ensuring that they are being a successful, contributing asset to the business and actually show a little appreciation for their hard work and efforts. Just because an employee is high class doesn't mean that they are a better employee than one that is considered to be of lower class. If statistics show that the employee considered to be of lower class has a better production level and brings more success to the business than the one considered high class then the problem should be with the high class employee, not the one who might be considered a lower class but is statistically proven to have the better work performance.
