What I dislike about the company
The principles of this organization are hypocritical, unprofessional micromanagers. Operations typically consist of sexual innuendos, racial slurs and profanity in excess.
The principles set forth expected processes and goals. However, favoritism is alive and well. As long as you are producing, you can ignore everything causing others to pick up your slack and even cuss out the principles and get away with it.
This organization utilizes a consultant and will not cross the street without his says so, even if it is a ridiculous idea. The consultants ideas are severely out dated and any new ideas are regurgitated from others and presented as his own.
Managers appear to be paid at or near industry standard. However, downstream employees and paid severely below industry standard and are expected to be happy about it.
