Micromanagement. Always being pushed to do more work in a shorter time than is possible.
Level of Autonomy
The workload is too great for the number of people doing it.
Pretty good communication but usually told not doing enough fast enough.
Attitude towards older colleagues
If you are older, unless you have a special skill such as bench jeweler, they typically don't hire them. Good looks are a plus in being hired.
