- Sometimes people are allowed to abuse the FMLA leave to the detriment of the hard working dedicated team members.
What I like about the company
There are good benefits, overtime for those who want it and plenty of learning experiences.
What I dislike about the company
Not always being transparent on decisions that effect team members. An example would be when they told us we were required to get direct deposit but, never mentioned we would be going to bi-weekly pay periods. Both things could have been explained at thesame time.
