Suggestions for improvement
- be open-minded to those employees that had a problem with their supervisor
There are good benefits, overtime for those who want it and plenty of learning experiences.
Not always being transparent on decisions that effect team members. An example would be when they told us we were required to get direct deposit but, never mentioned we would be going to bi-weekly pay periods. Both things could have been explained at thesame time.
My company is great for those who dont need more money since they pay less but they have good incentives so far.
The parts of my company that I dont approve is that some of the production manager is not open minded for the concerns of their team leader.
